How to Support Your Body Naturally

Health is about far more than the absence of symptoms. True wellbeing is influenced by the choices we make every day—what we eat, how we move, how we manage stress, the quality of our relationships, our environment, and even the thoughts we repeatedly think.


While modern healthcare often focuses on treating symptoms, my own experience taught me the importance of looking deeper. In 2017, following a diagnosis of Grade 3 Triple Negative Breast Cancer, I began exploring the factors that influence health from a more holistic perspective. This journey led me to nutrition, plant medicine, emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and the remarkable role of the endocannabinoid system in maintaining balance throughout the body.


Over the years, I have developed what I call my Natural Wellness Protocol—a framework inspired by my personal experience, research, and the thousands of conversations I've had with people seeking to better understand their health.


It is not a treatment plan or a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, it is a guide to exploring the foundations of health and creating an environment in which the body can function at its best.

My approach is rooted in education and empowerment. I believe people deserve access to information that helps them better understand their bodies and make informed decisions about their health.


The human body is incredibly intelligent. When we support it with the right foundations, it has a remarkable ability to adapt, recover, and maintain balance.


No two journeys are the same, but it is never too late to begin exploring a more holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
